R Fare class availability mismatch between website/app and booking agent?
Trying to SD a Premium Economy flight from CDG-EWR-MSP to CDG-ORD-MSP. As there is no R on the domestic segment, the app doesn't seem to want to do this. In expert mode, I see R1 on the CDG-ORD segment. Call in, thw agent insists there is A1 but not R1. Is this possible? Should I push back harder / ask for a supervisor if I can see the R1 on United's site?
