It should be fine if you show them your card. You can always have them add your FFP at the counter if they insist. Removing it on Finnair’s website afterwards should do the trick.
There is always a risk that agents on a bad day will refuse to honour that, especially at outports where they are contact staff that handle multiple airlines.
