The main factor is time, transfer time is very tight, approximately - 1.5 hours if there is no delay.
If the US flights must go through security check on arrival I better wait for her before the screening to be able to pass via the fast track channel together.
If not, then I presume the best place to meet would be in front of Luis Vuitton shop area.
