Hi ShalomDavid. I am sorry to hear about this, it must have been a bit distressing and very inconvenient. I can only echo what others have already helpfully suggested. When asking BA for anything you need ask in very clear language and for only one thing at a time IME. Good luck, keep us updated and if you still encounter problems come back for more advice.
