I'm not sure how much clearer it can be made, though? I don't happen to think "Club Europe/Gold/Emerald" is much clearer, especially with BA's cabin branding. And there's also the issue of people having an incentive to "get it wrong". I'd love to see gates reject those going too early [extra marks for having the computer move them into Group 9 for queue-jumping], but it's pretty clear that's not going to happen. I think the best we can ever hope for is an emphasis on clearing the gate lice and then proceding by single groups plus actually checking BPs, but it's clear that BA doesn't really see much need to even properly use the system it has implemented. It remains a mystery to me why they went from five groups to nine when they were rolling most of them up anyway...!
