As I read it the OP wanted to be sure that bags were checked to all the way; there was no intention of skiplagging or trying to get the bags delivered at IST.

It has been reported numerous times in this forum that TK has no issue of checking bags to IST only; no need to call to TK about this. Do you have any experience with TK / requesting bags to be tagged to IST ?
