I just came in again and it was not so much as open with a sign but when you tell the staff they guide you in to the priority lane. I did not see anything that said business class. So I would also presume that most foreigners who do not know about this would automatically go towards the foreigners lane. I had to ask the staff and they kind of removed a barrier and let me though.
