So I've got an interesting data point - I've been tracking this hotel for Labor Day weekend since almost a year ago, and the hotel never had a standard suite available for booking, so I was unable to use my SUA. However, I was upgraded to a King Suite two days in advance (never seen this before, usually only upgraded the night before), and it stuck!

The King Suites are really nice, exactly the layout shown in post #72. The higher floors have great views of Montreal, the river, and La Ronde! I loved that it was an actual true suite with a cordoned off living room - too many rooms these days claim to be "suites" but are really just larger rooms...

My guess is that Globalists are relatively rare here as I got a hand-written note along with a welcome gift of some delicious maple shortbread cookies. I also noticed that the front desk staff had a sticky note with my name on it, "globalist", and how many nights I was staying, so it seems like this place really treats globalists well. Weird though that it seems like they don't allow guests to book the suites for cash (or to use a SUA). It would be awesome if they were "saving" them for globalists, but that seems unlikely...

Anyways, as others have mentioned, it's not exactly the most central "Centric" out there, but still only a 5-10 minute walk from most attractions. I booked this hotel specifically because I love having self-parking, and the garage was great and easy to use (though hard to find as others have mentioned - I just followed where Google maps took me to and it was exactly where the garage was). The hotel is on a quieter side of Montreal, but still very close to main attractions. Montreal is a beautiful walkable city, so truly best explored on foot - traffic was horrendous at all times I chose to drive.

Overall, loved this property - location, price (it was about ~$200/night USD), self-parking, globalist treatment, new rooms, everything!
