I'd still be curious what would happen if I did not remove them. If I left it as it is, whether 48 or 66 SP would be wasted, to understand how the system works.
Depends on how quick it gets credited but for sure you will have points over 600 SP that will be 'wasted'.
You have to call CX customer service and have it removed manually from their end. You can specify which segments to remove.
