I'm not sure which day of the week you are attending the concert, but I see that on Saturdays in July, Ryanair has a 12:10 pm BVA-MAN nonstop that arrives around 12:30 pm. If that flight operates on time, that should give you plenty of time to get to your hotel and the concert venue.

The airport bus from La Defense to BVA takes 90 minutes; the 9:00 am bus should get you to BVA by 10:30 am.
