Hi. I checked the availability of some reward flights for family members and they came up at 11.8k avios + £180. However when they check in their accounts they are quoted 11.8k avios + 262€, which is almost 50€ more expensive than £180 (213€).

Is there any way so they get quoted in Pounds? We tried changing their region/language to UK/English but it did not make a difference :/
