As a caveat for anyone arriving domestic (or pre-cleared into USA) into T7, the baggage claim area was really set up for int'l arrivals, so in its convoluted present form, it can be easy to go past the "point of no return" past the baggage carousel, so you can't get back to it. If you're an int'l arrival, this possibility won't arise.
