So I would also presume that most foreigners who do not know about this would automatically go towards the foreigners lane. Over the years, I think that the signs have been "Fast Track Lane", "Fast Track" and "Premium Lane". They were fairly easy to find.
That is also where the buggies were dropping you off, with an agent guiding you and waiting for you, when you were flying FC on TG (and maybe other airlines).
As indicated earlier, the lane was accepting Premium passengers the last time that I arrived in BKK, beginning of July.
Hopefully, that will be the case again in a few weeks when I will be arriving on a TG flight.
