Hello. Currently at the metropolitan at the 9 hotel in Cleveland for a wedding. Want offered breakfast as a titanium when I inquired. I sent them a copy of the terms that they they owe me $100. They never responded. Should I call the titanium elite line and complain ? What’s the best way to proceed? I’m trying to avoid the front desk because
1. They don’t seem competent
2. Don’t want to start any problems while here for a wedding.
