We booked our seats when we booked our flights from cdg to dps travelling in december. The qatar app won't let us manage/ look at seat plan for 2 of the sectors - cdg to doha and doh to dps, msg just says unable to load something went wrong, try again later. We have been trying for weeks and still the same. Qatar customer service have been less than useless. Went onto expert flyer and our booked seats are showing as blocked rather than occupied - bit puzzled as to why it is not showing as occupied as we have paid and booked the seats. What could be the reason this far out from when we fly?
Usually indicates a potential aircraft change or the flight is booked. Usually on qsuite flights this is an issue (window seats are allocated first then you can't pick a seat after those seats are filled). Not sure if your flights are qsuites or not. Has Qatar customer service confirmed your seat selection? I'm hoping you didn't pay for these seats; you haven't indicated on your post.
