1. When a co.com itinerary is modified and reissued by an agent due to a CO schedule change, the changed segments post to OnePass as if they were not bought online (50% EQM, no online booking bonus). This is also often applicable due to irregular operations, such as when one is rerouted through a different city and has to get an airport reissue. In my experience, however, this misposting does not manifest itself if one changes their flight at the airport along the same routing.

2. When using the Export to Outlook feature at co.com, the notice at the bottom says this itinerary is available for online checkin at DATE/TIME, where DATE/TIME is the departure time minus 30 hours. Online checkin has been at 24 hours prior to departure now for nearly a year, yet this script was never corrected. This issue was reported to co.com bug report monthly for 4 months, yet no action has been taken.

3. After going to continental.com and logging on, the left side of the screen shows one's reservations at the bottom. Generally it shows the first 6 reservations. However, if one has booked more than 6 reservations, it does not necessarily now the next six reservations. At times far future reservation will display in this area, despite closer in reservations being held.

However, if one goes to View/Change Reservations, all reservations display in the correct order.

Further, if after visiting View/Change Reservations, you then click on the Continental logo, you're back at the original screen and the real first 6 reservations display as they should.

This was reported to co.com bug report nearly one year ago with specific examples, and no action was taken.

4. CO's non-stop summer flight EWR-SMF is listed as "Dinner. No special meal offered" although this is a transcon flight and I believe has special meals.

5. Co.com bug report doesn't seem to work. When reporting co.com bugs through the co.com bug report feature, one gets a canned response within 1-2 days, but bugs are never fixed.
