I’ve noticed inconsistency in my last couple
of flights. As a DM in paid F with Zone 1 it seems to be a crapshoot as to where/when “zone 1” will be called. I’m all for the simplicity of numbered zones (as numbers are easier than various group names) but DL needs to choose whether they want phrase-based or number-based boarding groups, not both.
