No, Swiss cash from 2014 is not valid to spend.
The year a Swiss franc banknote was issued is indicated by the two numbers before the letter in the serial.
Only bills issued from (20)15-20 are valid to spend. So far no bills have been issued with a year later than 2020.
The vast majority of banks will not exchange the older bills dated 2014 and earlier (up to the 1970s) for walk-in customers. Some may do it if you have an account.
Otherwise you must go to the Swiss National Bank headquarters in Zurich or Bern, which have reasonable opening hours. The Head Office of the cantonal bank of each canton will also exchange them during very limited hours, but some only do it for account holders. (I was able to exchange as a walk-in in Geneva and Fribourg, but Luzern refused.)
I will be arriving by the TGV train at Zürich HB. Where is the Swiss National Bank HQ?
