Is there's FAQ for this service ?

Some of my questions are:
- What's the catch ?
- Do I sell the gift cards to you at par or slightly under ?
- What if somehow I got bad gift cards and didn't know ?
- What if I did pass along good gift cards and you / your client says it's bad ?
- What's the turnaround time for payment ? Wait till the project is over ?
