They are all very similar seats, however there is a bit more vibration for those seats on the bulkhead, and sometimes crew use the front area of the seat for service requirement (trays and other catering items). So though I wouldn't turn down 10K, I would probably go for 11K. It's only going to make a few seconds difference where-ever you are in the cabin and the distance to the lounge means you'll probably be overtaken anyway from what you have suggested.
