Just finished a 5 night stay here. Used a suite upgrade and the standard suites are very nice. Great location if you want to be near Times Square. Service levels were really high with great staff from front desk to cleaning staff, room service, and t45. One of the best stays in nyc in a while. Globalist room service menu was pretty good and super fast and they never asked or expect tips. T45 staff basically helped us max out the value we could get and even threw in extra items each day with free drinks above and beyond the $80 for two guest limit (maybe more if you have more guests.

If Hyatt Centric Wall Street were only this good ….
