Oh crum...fascinating that both times were incorrect. Before I call back, is it out of the question to leave it be and go with the 1hr45 and the 15min difference? I suspect this was due to a schedule update and 15min doesn't seem outrageous.
EDIT: I went back and checked what I purchased on March 23, and the connection on the original was 2hr15min (so def due to schedule change)
