I tried to complete Fly Ready for my upcoming trip to CDG (in two weeks). My passport information was already in the system, so I clicked on it and got the green box indicating I had successfully completed that step. Then I tried to go to "government forms", and was told by the site to check back starting 72 hours before the flight. I'm not quite sure what form that would be, since the new ETIAS are not yet required to enter the EU Schengen zone.
