Made a reservation on Aug 23 for a vehicle in LAS. Made no modifications to reservation and on Aug 26 price was increased. Noticed this time reservation does not have " Rate is guaranteed ", this was booked using only "over 55 years old" code. Called customer service, they refused to change it back, said the gold counter would honor the first rate if I show them the e-mail. Is this correct ? Any help here, thanks.
