How long is the walking time, or realistic transit time, between WN at Terminal 1, to the international Terminal B?

I have a WN ticket arriving ~3 hours before an international flight in the late evening. Is 3 hours enough to walk from WN terminal 1 to Terminal B, or using bus transit options?

On the return, which is not quite as critical, I have ~2.5 hours after landing from international flight, to get back to terminal 1 to WN. I have Global Entry and will only be doing carry-on.

Wondering if I have enough time for the transit / security / customs time to get to my international flight, or return from international flight.
