Above cancelled today, the CVG and IAH ones were canned mid morning. 660 departures from LHR today, 333 for BA. Timekeeping today is pretty rubbish.
Morning ATC update
Landing RWY: 09L
Airborne holding (mins): 10
Departure RWY: 09R
TSAT delay average (mins): 0
Network: Heathrow reg 42/60 until 0700z and 40/60 0700-1500z due strong 3000ft winds. ATC staffing regs through Greece, Capacity regs over the Balkans.
Weather: A generally cloudy day, with perhaps some bright spells at first. Expected to remain dry, but there is a low risk of some elevated showers moving north from the channel into the evening. There is a low risk of CB activity in the LTMA from 14Z, this increasing to Medium (low risk of clusters) from 18Z, all mainly in the far south. Winds gentle NE'ly
BA780 ARN - worth taking this to CEDR. Both airframes allocated to this service have flown with zero damage issues for the past days. There is one 320 with damage to main landing gear and an 321neo with bird strike damage, it seems there has been some shuffling going on so worthy of further exploration, especially for a main base departure.
BA898 - no compensation will be due as the diversion and delay are a direct result of GPS jamming/spoofing. Duty of care still applies.
