I take opportunity to chat with MdC on all of my long-distance flights with LX. I have yet to meet one MdC who would look forward to the new product. Some believe that it won't materialize ever (in its current plan), while many more cannot understand why to change what seems to have been working so well for at last 7-10 years. And all agree that moving to 3.5 seats is going to be a disaster based on their chats with type of passengers who use F cabin more than once a year.
