I've never had an electronic drink voucher before, and I'm not convinced it would be an improvement. Accor has a problem with consistent delivery of benefits in general, and they also have a problem with technology. I don't see how converting this benefit to an electronic delivery, by a company that consistently fails with technology delivery, is going to lead to an improvement. Making this part of an app, I fear, is just going to give hotels even less control to fix problems. I can just see a situation now, where you don't get your drink vouchers, and instead of giving you the paper vouchers to correct the mistake, an agent will be able to say "sorry, it's all done electronically, and it's out of our hands". And delivery issues aside, electronic vouchers just seems gimmicky to me. It's so easy to hand over a paper drink voucher with the restaurant bill, without needing to log into an app to redeem it.
