Not at all in my experience. Most hotels do a good job providing a good customer experience and ALL benefits. Delinquent hotels are always the same, mostly in Europe, with high concentration in France in the mid-scale segment. I would also mentioned an acceleration of the poor customer experience in general and very poor quality/price ratio in US hotels, but this concerns all US chains and not only Accor.
