There's no need to "activate" your annual lounge membership. If you've already selected it as a milestone reward and it's showing in your Rewards Wallet, it's active. If the expiry date shows 12/31/2024, then the annual lounge membership will dissapear from your Rewards Wallet on 01/01/2025.
