Two TK Elite on JFK-IST-Asia. The first leg was delayed due to late inbound IST-JFK. I asked the call center to cancel my flight and I used my Alaska miles to rebook in CX flight. TK call center charged me the cancellation fee and I am Q cabin. The connection time is 80mins when I cancel but changed to 30mins connection in IST when the flight took off from JFK. They tried to sell my free hotel and compensation in IST but I had to wait another 24 hours. so my decision was right but I got overcharged for my TK ticket. I tried feedback form and got No answers from TK.
