I wonder where ALL is going next? I feel it needs a refresh with ‘user friendly’ updates to the app for redeeming the welcome drink etc. It would cut down on paper…Dis-loyalty allows to claim the coffee via the app.

What do you think is next for ALL? Is it as important for Accor as it was 10 years ago? Are hotels pushing back more than ever on giving benefits?
