I've never heard about these airlines being "deviations" in any context around SkyTeam (admittedly not been looking for them either), so I can only assume these airlines see no reciprocal potential in SK - hence no sensible agreement is in place between the parties. Best case, they haven't finished negotiations and this will fix itself in due time.

Completely agreed. And it doesn’t even mention we can book on China eastern airlines. This means; most likely we have only Air France and KLM to choose from when flying to Asia.
