I don't think DL and SK codeshare yet, while SK will sell you itineraries with DL flights, they don't earn on EB to date and the DL flights do not have SK filght numbers. While I can book mixed DL/KL/SK itineraries, DL won't sell them to me and the only party doing that currently is KL. I've had to change FF programs in between flights between EB and Skymiles to ensure they credit despite all being on a single itinerary.

I intend to credit my MSP-EWR DL flight later this week to EB as a matter of experiment and will do something similar with posting a SK flight to Skymiles once DL lets me.
