To be honest though there was a thread previously where someone literally asked lounge staff and were told to relax and remain in the lounge only to find they missed their flight because the staff were incorrect.
And folk on here *still* berated the OP for missing their flight.
But I think the facts of that situation were clearly quite different to this one - although I agree that berating the OP isn’t helpful.
