United IT has lots of bugs.

(1) Some of my itineraries which should not have free bags...have free 1st bag.

(2) My last RT had first bag free before 1st flight. But before 2nd flight, changed to 1st bag $40.

(3) More useful bug - two itineraries locked in infinite free +/- 1 day schedule changes.

(4) Lots of other bugs...

I'm planning to get Silver in Dec 2024, so no longer will be able to provide data points on this bug.
