- The ordering-by-status-level remains odd … and needs some work. FA to me: “You get to pick first cuz you’re a Platinum. Do you want the chicken or the lasagna?”. Somebody from WS communications really needs to come up with a suggested script or some suggested best practices for recognizing frequent customers … something less awkward sounding and with a bit more polish than how it’s typically communicated.
Guest experience training is rolling out for all Cabin Crew next year, as part of their annual training, and hopefully appropriate language will be one of the topics!
