Same here. So I also got their "true" suite. My concierge spoke to the GM directly before my stay and assured me I'd get it - and did. For those using an SNA who have a concierge I recommend having them reach out directly.

However, I do not recommend this hotel and recommend an alternate chain (Hilton or Marriott) in Prague. Or andaz if you can afford it.
