Flying today (8/30) in Premium.
- No printed menu. Choices (chicken or lasagna) offered verbally by the FA.
- Bun was warm and unpackaged!
- The ordering-by-status-level remains odd … and needs some work. FA to me: “You get to pick first cuz you’re a Platinum. Do you want the chicken or the lasagna?”. Somebody from WS communications really needs to come up with a suggested script or some suggested best practices for recognizing frequent customers … something less awkward sounding and with a bit more polish than how it’s typically communicated.
