Hello, I booked AC flight from YQB to SEA via YVR. Due to delayed start in YQB, I had only 45 mins to take flight to SEA from YVR.
They offered next day flight which is 12 hrs delay. AC team at YVR made me to wait for 2 hours without giving a revised boarding pass or hotel or food.
I changed my plan and drove back to SEA by car due to younger kids.
Can i file for delayed flight compensation with AC or do I file with Chase travel as I booked my flight using their services? or both of them ?
Please suggest.
