I have the same problem and it seems that most awards are not available.
I tried to book a award ticket from Bangkok to Phuket and back for October-December-January-February or March.
Nothing is available expect for some 22:00 / 23:00 flights.
Also most of the hotels vouchers aren't available.
And no lifestyle at all.
Looks like that they refuse flight awards during the whole high season and lost all agreements with other vendors :-(
So i have points which are useless as i can't get a award.
