Anyone know for sure if Amex MR transfers reset expiration? They did last time I transferred a few years ago since at the time I transferred, used all but 200, then transferred again 3 years later and today, 2.5 years after that, the 200 are still there, so the last Amex transfer 2.5 years ago extended. Nowhere on the Iberia page does it list expiration, 2 separate requests online to simply know my expiration date to Iberia went unanswered, and a call today just asking "can you tell me my expiration of my avios" lead to LITERALLY a series of questions about when I last earned and an attempt to tell me without even asking my account number, then 15 minutes of being on hold and 4 different pop back on the call saying, a few more minutes, until I finally just hung up. Who would have thought it would be so ****ing hard to just tell me the date they expire. I am sure the system must know or else it could not auto expire them at some point. ABSURD. I would like to just trust the MR move was enough but looking for solid and recent confirmation.
