My wife and I just spent 3 nights (Monday, August 26 to Thursday, August 29) at the Conrad at Resorts World. It started well with us bypassing a small line by using the Hilton Elite line, but the check in process went poorly. Luckily, the rest of the stay was good.
At check in the front desk agent was less than enthused to help us. I had to ask how to use the Hilton daily credit as well as the $25 daily beverage credit that came with the rate I booked after she hurriedly checked us in and gave us the keys. We went to our room on the 23rd floor (no upgrade) and found it still dirty so we went back down to the front desk. She basically shrugged her shoulders and said housekeeping made an "oopsie". After pushing back a little, she gave us a $50 food and beverage credit and gave us a room on the 29th floor. When we arrived that room's door was ajar with a housekeeper just finishing up, so we knew it was clean, at least.
We had good nightly interactions at the Dawghouse and enjoyed our time at the pool getting drinks from the Agave bar. It was hard to figure out the use of credits on the bill, but it all seemed to be correct. On the bill they show the ending amount after the credit is used, but do not show the credit, so I had to rely on my faulty memory on the amounts spent.
Though it started poorly, our stay was adequate. For the right price, I would stay there again.
