So finally after 6 weeks and 8 phone calls I finally got the full points refund they had promised plus an extra 10k for the inconvenience. Lindner "thought they sent them over" already which is what I heard every time I called and they had ignored corporate's previous emails about this. This time Hyatt corporate did some sort of accounting hack where Hyatt just gave me the points they were going to transfer to Lindner (I assume from other people paying for stays with points) instead of the points being sent to me from the hotel.
