We (wife, her parents & myself) are flying for the first time on EK (JFK-MXP) on a Business Rewards ticket. I don't have a ton of experience flying international on business class fare (this is the 3rd time) so I wanted to know what are some things that are helpful to know that make for a better exerience. In other words, are there perks or things available to you that a casual flyer might not think to ask for/about? We are on the A380, so I know about the bar at the rear of the upper cabin. I also know we potentially can board from the lounge (depends on the Dubai flight that also boards at nearly the same time).
