Has anyone had issues redeeming a hilton honors experience for air transfer RT from mahe to platte. Every time I log in to redeem I am hit with an error message to try again at a later time. I have enough points in my account so I am not sure what to do. I have been on the phone with 4 different customer service representatives----none of whom are knowledgeable about the general premise of hilton honors experiences.
