Delayed luggage (less than 21 days) is only reimbursed on the way out, though, not when you're back home.
The liability limit for international travel is 1288 SDR, or approximately 1700 USD depending on the rate of the day. Which is another reason why travel insurance is a travel essential.
Since SAS have outsourced their handling in Amsterdam, the handling company is really the point of contact. But with the number of days past, it might be worth filing a complaint with SK as well. Not because they can answer, but because they might be able to put some more pressure on the handling agent.
