Hoping someone might know the answer to this…

It used to be possible to check a VS coupon status/ticket status by going to the Saudia website via the ‘manage my booking’ tab and entering your e-ticket number.

This was also possible when entering BA/One World ticket numbers (which I’m trying to do - slight OT for this thread)

It was a really helpful tool previously, and I’ve been entering e-ticket numbers and trying to check some details… but all I seem to get now is the loading screen (the Arabic coffee being poured) - and nothing happens after that, no matter how long I wait.

Has anyone else gotten this feature to work recently? Many thanks
