Except for things like E+ access (including your entire PNR), better bag allowance, earlier boarding, international lounge access, PlusPoints, CPU, .....
Might be worth getting a cheap UA MP Chase (also provide a 25% discount for wifi, food, ....) and a couple lounge passes, bunch of miles at sign up (miles can offset the annual fee for 3-5 years), Global Entry / TSA PreCheck, ... many reasons for an elite to have a MP Chase card
