I already got burned by one of these AAA prepay rates. I booked a Fantastic Suite at the W Montreal early in August for an early September stay. About two weeks later, I was looking to make a change and saw that the reservation was non-changeable/non-cancelable. First time I had seen this. Anyway, I decided to stick with the original reservation. I now check the Cancellation Policy of any potential reservation before I press the "book" button.
